LAHR Online Auction Rules

  1. Online bidding will be open from 7:00 p.m, November 20, 2020 until 11:59p.m. on November 29, 2020. All times are Pacific Standard time.
  2. By bidding in the Los Angeles House of Ruth Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.
  3. Los Angeles House of Ruth reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
  4. Refer to the www.losangeleshouseofruth.com for California privacy considerations and terms and conditions.
  5. Auction item purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. All items are “as is.”
  6. Los Angeles House of Ruth provides no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.

  8. The opening bid on each item must be at least the minimum bid as listed. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment as listed.
  9. In the event of a dispute, the silent auction committee chairperson will act as the final authority.
  10. Winning bids will be posted and contacted within 10 day(s) of the close of the event.
  11. The winning bid will be contacted to arrange payment.
  12. Payment for items purchased must be made in full.
  13. Any item left unclaimed will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
  14. If you would like a better picture, or more information, of the item you wish to bid on, please email events@losangeleshouseofruth.com.
  15. All items include delivery within a 50 mile radius of Los Angeles City Hall. Otherwise, LAHR will ship items valued at under $500 to the winner at their expense and approval no later than December 4, 2020. Items valued at over $500 include virtual or free shipping.
