Gratitude for Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange
For 26 years, the Los Angeles House of Ruth and the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange have had a strong partnership to meet the needs of the most vulnerable in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Funds from the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange have been utilized to provide assistance to women and children dealing with homelessness. Thousands of vulnerable families have been assisted through this partnership over the years and we would not have been able to have such an impact on those we serve without this partnership.
Like the time of their founding in 17th century France, the Sisters of St. Joseph today act with bold faith, take risks to address the ills of society, adapt to the needs of the time, and offer a compassionate presence to the people they serve.
Los Angeles House of Ruth is grateful for the beautiful and lasting communion we share with the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange in our common mission and work in addressing the diverse and unmet needs in our local communities.
