The primary goal of Los Angeles House of Ruth (LAHR) is to empower women to move from abuse and dependency to independence and success. For over 45 years, we have provided wrap around services and shelter to over 6,500 women and children, with a remarkable 95% success rate at placing them into permanent housing!
